I clearly didn't allow for a large enough stop loss on this guy. I was looking at the volume and it was almost not there and it started turning on me. I should allow for a larger loss on something like this. I always have to tight of stop losses on the stocks that run and I have too loose of stop losses on the stocks that go the wrong direction for me? How do I change my mindset towards this?
Execution detail:
U cant really play a $75 stock with .20c stop. Specially volatile names like SFUN. It didn't do anything for u to stop out unless u added big position. Also u could have easily added it back again at that same 75.85
