To import trade data from MetaTrader 4, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Select MetaTrader on the left side of this page, and select the time zone MetaTrader is running in.

Step 2:

Choose your forex lot size.

Step 3:

In the MetaTrader Terminal window, select the Account History tab.

Step 4:

Right-click in the account history, and select the time period you want to export.

Step 5:

Right-click in the account history, and select Save as Report.

Step 6:

Save the report as a HTML file to your desktop (or anywhere else - just remember where you put it).

Step 7:

Here on the import page, click "Choose file", choose the file you created above, and click "Upload".
