How to Import Data from OEC Trader into Tradervue

Effortlessly import your trades from OEC Trader into Tradervue using the file upload method. Just follow the straightforward step outlined below.

To import trade data from OEC Trader, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Select Open E Cry (OEC) on the left side of this page, and select the time zone your data is in.

Step 2:

From OEC Trader, go to Reports, Orders, Daily Fills.

Step 3:

Export the report as an Excel file.

Step 4:

Open the report in Excel, and copy all of the data (Edit/Select All, Edit/Copy - or Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C).

Step 5:

Paste the data from the clipboard into the "Data" box on the left side of this page and click "Upload".

Alternatively, to import trade data from the OEC web site, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Select Open E Cry (OEC) on the left side of this page, and select the time zone your data is in.

Step 2:

Go to https://prod.openecry.com and log in to OEC using your ID and password.

Step 3:

On the OEC website, in the upper left corner select Reports > Orders > Daily Fills.

Step 4:

Choose the "Date From" and "Date To" you want, then press "Download in CSV". Save the file to your desktop (or anywhere else - just remember where you put it).

Step 5:

Here on the import page, click "Choose file", choose the file you created above, and click "Upload".

Important note: TF/RJ, KC, LB, RB, HG, SI, GC, and ZS futures are not supported at the moment on OEC. If you are trading these items under different contract names, please contact us.
