How to Import Data from Takion into Tradervue

Effortlessly import your trades from Takion into Tradervue using the file upload method. Just follow the straightforward step outlined below.

To import trade data from Takion, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Open the Execution window.

Step 2:

Right-click in the Execution Field and select "Clipboard".

Step 3:

Here on the import page, click in the Trade Date box and select the date of the trades you are importing (e.g. if you're importing today's trades, select today). You must select a date because the data copied from Takion does not include the trade dates.

Step 4:

Paste the data from the clipboard into the "Data" box on the left side of this page and click "Upload".

NOTE: Since Takion only shows trades for the current day, be sure to perform these steps to export your trades as soon as you are done trading for the day.

Also, if you make short trades with Takion, be sure to add the "destination" and "borrow" columns in your Execution window before copying the data; this will ensure that borrow authorizations are not incorrectly shown as executions in Tradervue.
