How to Import Data from Tastytrade into Tradervue

Effortlessly import your trades from Tastytrade into Tradervue using the file upload method. Just follow the straightforward step outlined below.


To import trade data from Tastytrade, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Open the Tastytrade desktop application.

Step 2:

Click on the History tab.

Step 3:

Click the Transactions button on the left side of the screen to select your transactions; be sure the year to date button is not selected.

Step 4:

Select the time period that you wish to export.

Step 5:

On the right side, click the CSV button.

Step 6:

Save the CSV file to your desktop (or anywhere else - just remember where you put it).

Step 7:

Here on the import page, click "Choose file", choose the file you created above, and click "Upload".


Note: if you hold short options to expiration, due to an ambiguity in the imported file you may encounter an issue where the expiration is shown on the wrong side in the imported trade, and the trade will remain open. Please contact us for help if you are running into this issue.
